These Terms & Conditions apply to the promotional vacation package offered by Vallarta Trips through vallartatrips.com and related promotional landing pages.
By purchasing this promotional vacation package, submitting your information, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promotional Package Description
This is not a contest, lottery, sweepstakes, or drawing. You are purchasing a promotional vacation package at a discounted rate in exchange for attending a host resort preview/presentation.
The promotional package is for accommodations only and does not include airfare or ground transportation.
The package may include resort accommodations, meals, drinks, and non-motorized activities at participating resort properties, subject to availability, destination, resort rules, and the specific package purchased.
No membership purchase is required.
2. Resort Presentation Requirement
Attendance at a 90-120 minute vacation ownership resort presentation is required.
The time and place of the presentation will be established by the host resort during the pre-arrival or verification process.
If traveling as a married, engaged, cohabitating, or life partner couple, both qualified participants must attend the presentation together.
Activities, excursions, or outside plans should not be scheduled for the same day as the resort presentation.
Failure to attend the required presentation, or failure to meet resort qualification requirements, may void the promotional package and may result in additional charges imposed by the resort.
3. Eligibility Requirements
This promotional offer is available only to qualified participants who meet the resort developer’s eligibility requirements.
Eligible travelers may include married or cohabitating couples and eligible single women.
For couples, the male spouse or partner must be between 28 and 75 years old.
Eligible single women must be between 30 and 75 years old.
Eligible single women may travel with a female friend or family member, subject to resort rules and occupancy limits.
Participants must have a minimum combined annual household income of $70,000 USD.
Income eligibility is self-certified by the purchaser and may be required under the promotional offer terms.
Retirees may qualify if they receive a minimum annual income of $70,000 USD and meet all other requirements.
Both qualified participants must speak, read, and understand English or Spanish fluently.
Offer is valid only for permanent residents of the United States and Canada who meet all other qualification requirements.
Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented by all guests.
4. Credit Card Requirement
Qualified participants must present one valid major credit card at check-in and/or during the resort verification process.
Accepted major credit cards may include Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Debit cards, check cards, company cards, department store cards, prepaid cards, and expired credit cards may not qualify.
The qualifying participant must be the credit card holder.
Guests without a valid major credit card may not be allowed to check in to the resort and may be disqualified from the promotional package.
5. Marital Status & Cohabitation
Offer is valid for married couples, cohabitating couples, and eligible single women.
If married, participants must travel with their spouse. Failure to travel with spouse may void the package.
Cohabitating couples may be required to have lived together for a minimum of two years and may be asked to provide proof of shared residence.
Acceptable proof may include government-issued photo identification with matching addresses, driver’s licenses with matching addresses, a utility bill, or other documentation requested by the resort.
6. Prior Travel, Membership & Industry Restrictions
This is a one-time promotional offer.
This offer is not valid for current members of the applicable vacation club or travelers who have previously attended a WOH or similar resort vacation ownership presentation.
Participants may not attend another vacation club sales presentation during the same vacation, including adjoining dates before, during, or after the stay.
The offer is not available to active, retired, or former employees of travel agencies, airlines, hotels, or companies that offer travel benefits, discounts, or travel-related services to employees.
Participants who have family or friends living in the resort destination may not be eligible.
Vallarta Trips does not control the resort developer’s eligibility requirements. Eligibility requirements are established by the resort developer and may change without notice.
7. Group Travel Restrictions
This promotional offer may not be combined with another promotional offer, another resort stay, another vacation ownership week, or any unapproved group travel on the same, similar, or adjoining arrival and departure dates.
Unapproved group travel includes traveling with unrelated friends, another couple, or any separate party attempting to use the same or similar promotional offer at the same destination, resort, or travel dates.
Approved family companions or additional family guests may be allowed, subject to resort rules, occupancy limits, availability, and additional cost.
Additional guests may require an additional room. Any additional room, room upgrade, extra night, or related cost may be paid directly to the resort and is subject to availability.
The resort and/or Vallarta Trips may deny, modify, or cancel the promotional offer if travel arrangements appear to be part of unapproved group travel.
8. Travel Window & Availability
Travel must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing.
All travel dates, destinations, resorts, and accommodations are subject to availability.
In the event the traveler’s first choice of resort or dates is unavailable, an alternative resort property or travel date may be offered in the selected destination or another available destination.
Participants must spend the first night at the promotional resort. Failure to do so may void the promotion.
This offer may not be used consecutively with another resort stay or promotion.
9. Additional Costs & Exclusions
The package is for accommodations only and does not include airfare.
Ground transportation is not included. Optional transportation may be available through Amstar or another provider for an additional cost.
Room upgrades, extra nights, additional rooms, premium services, excursions, activities, and other optional purchases are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
Taxes may be included in the promotional package unless otherwise stated. Any additional purchases or upgrades may be subject to additional taxes, fees, or charges.
The maximum stay allowed under this promotional offer is 7 nights. Guests may request up to 3 additional nights beyond the 5 day / 4 night promotional package, subject to availability and additional cost.
10. Changes & Rescheduling Policy
Travelers may request one date or destination change at no additional charge, subject to availability, if requested at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Additional eligible changes may be subject to a $30 USD fee per change.
Change requests made less than 30 days before scheduled arrival may not be allowed and may result in a $500 USD penalty.
No-shows, late cancellations, failure to arrive, or failure to comply with resort requirements may result in forfeiture of the package and/or additional charges.
All change requests are subject to hotel and resort availability.
11. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy
This promotional package is non-transferable.
The package applies only to the eligible traveler(s) listed during registration and approved by Vallarta Trips and/or the host resort.
If Vallarta trips determines before certificate issuance that the purchaser does not meet eligibility requirements, Vallarta Trips may provide a refund and cancel the registration.
All sales become final and non-refundable once eligibility is approved and the vacation certificate is issued.
After eligibility approval and certificate issuance, no refunds will be provided.
12. Pricing Errors
Vallarta Trips makes reasonable efforts to publish accurate pricing and package information.
If a pricing, typographical, supplier, or system error occurs, Vallarta Trips reserves the right to correct the error, refuse the booking, cancel the request, or offer the purchaser the option to continue at the corrected price.
If payment was collected and the booking is cancelled due to a pricing or supplier error, Vallarta Trips may issue a credit or refund in the amount paid for the affected booking.
13. Website Information
Vallarta Trips makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and updated.
However, information, pricing, availability, resort participation, eligibility requirements, and promotional terms may change without notice.
Information on the website is provided for informational purposes and should not be construed as legal, financial, or professional advice.
14. Privacy & Contact Information
By submitting your contact information, you authorize Vallarta trips and its related or affiliated entities to contact you regarding your purchase, registration, travel package, eligibility review, reservation assistance, and related services.
Vallarta trips collects information voluntarily submitted by users, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, traveler details, and registration information.
Vallarta Trips does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with resort partners, service providers, or vendors only as needed to process the vacation package, registration, verification, reservation, or related customer service.

15. Communication Consent
By submitting your contact information, purchasing a promotional vacation package, completing a vacation certificate registration form, or otherwise communicating with Vallarta Trips, you authorize Vallarta Trips and its authorized representatives to contact you regarding your purchase, vacation certificate registration, eligibility review, welcome call, reservation assistance, travel dates, destination options, customer support, and related travel services.
You agree that Vallarta trips may contact you by phone call, text message/SMS, email, or other communication methods using the contact information you provide.
Text messages/SMS may include purchase confirmations, registration reminders, appointment or welcome-call reminders, reservation updates, customer service messages, and related travel-service notifications.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
You represent that the phone number and email address provided belong to you, are accurate, and may be used by Sunny Bay Vacations to contact you regarding the services described above.
You may opt out of SMS/text messages by replying STOP to any text message, where applicable, or by contacting Vallarta Trips at contact@vallartatrips.com or +1 888 382 0071.
You may request assistance by replying HELP to any text message, where applicable, or by contacting Vallarta trips directly.
Consent to receive marketing or promotional communications is not required as a condition of purchase. However, Vallarta Trips may still contact you with transactional, service-related, reservation-related, or account-related communications necessary to process and service your purchase and vacation package.
16. Website Use, Intellectual Property & External Links
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, branding, and materials, is the property of Vallarta Trips or used with permission.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of website content is prohibited.
External links may be provided for convenience. Vallarta Trips is not responsible for the content, policies, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites.
17. Limitation of Liability
Vallarta tripsis not responsible for losses, damages, delays, denied check-in, disqualification, penalties, additional charges, or other issues resulting from failure to meet resort eligibility requirements, failure to attend the required presentation, inaccurate information provided by the purchaser, supplier changes, resort availability, travel delays, acts of government, weather events, force majeure, or circumstances beyond Vallarta trips reasonable control.
18. Accuracy of Information
Purchaser agrees that all information submitted to Vallarta Trips is true, complete, and accurate.
Incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or false information may result in disqualification, cancellation, forfeiture of the package, or additional charges imposed by the resort.
19. Force Majeure
Vallarta Trips shall not be liable for delay, failure, interruption, cancellation, or inability to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, pandemics, epidemics, strikes, supplier failure, resort closure, travel restrictions, or other similar events.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any written confirmation provided by Vallarta Trips, represent the entire agreement between the purchaser and Vallarta Trips regarding the promotional vacation package.
Vallarta trips reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
